The juicy decadence of patties and bread

Most quintessential in American Foods, a hamburger or burger is one the most loved item on every fast food chain or a gourmet restaurant’s menu. The delicious juicy burgers are essentially an American culinary treasure from the U.S locale that is effectively catching up with different parts of the world in delightful flavours and eccentric variations.

More often than not, it is the magic of the wholesome patty that creates a difference to the essence of the burger. A pretty modern affair, the burgers in Delhi are fundamentally and thoroughly made from dry cut beef, sprinkled with copious butter and usually served with fried onions and a brioche bun.

A brioche bun is soft bread rolled in rich butter and eggs and tastes somewhat sweet and is served split.

A good burger- if it is conventional, vegetarian or made by fluke- all have a distinctive taste, with even more distinctive fillings inside. For example- the one by Smoke House Deli restaurant in Hauz Khas, Chunky Devilled Tenderloin Burger and Benedictor; which mark as a classic and simply sets a benchmark for all, is absolutely a win-win amongst students and adults. Who wouldn’t give an up to tenderloin beef, smoked bacon or ham, and oozing package of spicy sauces, melted cheese and sautéed onions? The caramelized patty that is succulent and tender makes these burgers more enjoyable.

As a burger fanatic, it is a perennial obsession to discover nothing but the best around in the city. If you are keen, make one at home for yourself and loved ones. Marinate the tenderloin beef in some soy sauce plus balsamic vinegar to produce a luscious effect. Toss it profusely in olive oil and melt the cheese over it. Put it in the hot oven and your outstanding dish is ready.

However, in the fast food centres, the burgers will not be served with much grandeur per se, but the level of excellence of burgers including their sides goes up at epicurean restaurants. Many restaurateurs believe in serving a burger, the archetypal caramelized crispy onions and a summer cooler like iced tea. Not sure why this combination, but this definitely works as a favourite.

So expand your menu and try burgers with various seasonal ingredients and toppings (like mushrooms and hot peppers) and the summer drinks to satiate those taste buds to the highest level of ecstasy.
